[RMSP Great Western] Zacatecas, Mexico November 22, 1850 folded letter to Bayonne, France, boxed origin postmark and "Franco En" handstamp on front and "4" (reales) on reverse, Vera-Cruz DE 7 1850 split ring postmark and placed on the Great Western as a branch line steamer, at St. Thomas it was put into quarantine becasue of cholera at Kingston, on January 19th the mail was transferred to the "Thames" for carriage to Southampton (Feb 5), red "Colonies & Art 13" boxed handstamp, due "15" decimes and arrival backstamp, ex Booth
