Description:	Pair of Scott's US #158 3-cent Green tied to commercial cover with black killer. Single strike of Chicago IL cds dated AUG 8. Upper right corner of right stamp torn off. Addressed to a lawyer in London England. Apparently short of full postage as the cover is marked in light blue pencil "30" as well as an 11mm circled "T" in black and a large stamped "7d" On obverse is two double ring cds - one is 20mm dia dated AU 20 1878 with "IB" at center and "A 10" at top - the other is 26mm dia with with the same date with "FB" at center and "BA" at top. On reverse is three 22mm dia cds "LONDON E.C." one marked at center "9 / AU 20 / 1878" and the other two "10 / AU 20 / 1878".
