| Description: | Scott's Great Britain #114 2-1/2 pence blue on bluish. Postmarked at Queensland GB July 8, 1890 and mailed to Mr. J. Howard Nichols at Newton MA. Unfortunately damaged on the reverse. Delivered postage due. Double CDS New York Postage due 10-cents dated July 16 1890 on front in black. Two Scott's US J-18 5-cent red brown applied at the left edge and wrapped around to the back applied at Boston Mass. Large black "2" at top left with "T / 25" in a polygon with "ON" underneath. Unreadable cds on reverse "NEW --------AS / R----" dated July 13 1890. |
