A Scott #11 on an advertising cover about the Rev. C. S. Burnett and his return from Asia.

The text reads "The Rev. C. S. Burnett, while laboring as a Missionary in Southern Asia, discovered a simple and certain Cure for Consumption, Asthma, Bronchitis, Coughs, Colds, Nervous Debility, and all impurities of the Blood; also, an easy and effectual mode of inhaling the Remedy. Actuated by a desire to benefit his suffering fellows, he will cheerfully send the Recipe (free) to such as desire it, with full and explicit directions for preparing and successfully using the Medicine. Address Rev. C. S. BURNETT 831 Broadway, N. Y. City
