Sep. 3" (1864) circular datestamp, U.S. postage paid by 3c rose (65) tied by circular grid cancel, Confederate postage paid by 10c blue, Die A (11) tied by "Richmond Va. Sep. 16" circular datestamp. Extremely fine mixed franking cover from the Cromartie correspondence, ex Dr. Briggs.
