10c green, Type I (#31) horizontal pair, scissors-separated, used with 1c blue Type Ic (#19b), Plate 4, E Relief, perforations scissor-trimmed at top and bottom though leaving large part of design at bottom intact, and 3c dull red, Type I (#11), all tied by "San Francisco Cal. Jan 20 1858" circular datestamps on 10 green on white Nesbitt entire (#U15) to Santiago, Chile, red "15" (centavos) in circle Chilean due handstamp, for inland postage from port-of-entry. 34c rate, 15c U.S. credit, rare and colorful use of the 1c Type Ic and 10c Type I, ex-Rose and "Sevenoaks", with 1978 P.F. certificate.
