F.C.S. Schiller (Ferdinand Canning Schiller) (1864-1937) was a German-British philosopher. He was a fellow and tutor at Corpus Christi College, Oxford. He is listed in "Who's Who 1905: An Annual Autobiographical Dictionary, published by Adam and Charles Black, London, 1905, which lists his first book "Riddles of the Sphinx" (1891) and his Recreations as: "mountaineering and editing Mind!
