Austria 1908 issue 5 heller green (#113) tied by Plzeň circular datestamp on picture postcard to Eger, datelined Plzeň 1/1 1916.  "K.u.K. Militärzensurstelle" (Imperial and Royal Miltary Censorship Office) straightline handstamp.

Plzeň, also called Pilsen in English and German, is a city in western Bohemia, currently in the Czech Republic. Plzeň was the location of the world-famous Škoda Works, which became the most important and influential engineering company in the country and a crucial supplier of armaments to the Austro-Hungarian Army.  By 1917 the Škoda Works employed over 30,000 workers.
