Victoria Feb. 8" oval datestamp, carried by Wells Fargo to New York where it entered the US mails for England, NYFM geometric cancels, red "London Paid 27 MR 69" datestamp and black London receiving backstamp, very fine example of a 2c Black Jack on 10c entire used from abroad, PF cert, ex Friedman and Faust
