3c dull red type III (#26) margin copy with part of adjoining stamp, position 70L25, tied by grid cancel, with "Mexico N.Y. Apr 30" circular datestamp on petite cover to McLean, Tompkins County, N.Y.

With accompanying illustration of plate position 70L25 constant flaw, supplied by Wilson Hulme, who plated this stamp. The constant flaw is highlighted in red in the illustration and plainly visibleĀ on the stamp.
